a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement.

b. No Guaranteed Refunds: Clients are advised that certain services or project stages may not be eligible for refunds, and refund availability is at the discretion of SocioFlame.

c. Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, SocioFlame will make every effort to process the refund promptly. However, the time it takes for funds to be credited to the client’s account may vary depending on payment methods and financial institutions.
